Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns tailored for bilingual audiences
2. Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
3. Create and schedule content using tools like Buffer or other social media management platforms
4. Design visually appealing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
5. Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials
6. Monitor performance analytics to measure success and inform future strategies
7. Maintain brand voice and consistency across all content and platforms
8. Proofread and edit content to ensure excellent grammar and spelling in both English and Spanish
9. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
10. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing projects and perform additional tasks as assigned
11. Maintain a portfolio of social media content and campaigns

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of proven experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing is required
2. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written, spoken, and reading) is required
3. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field
4. Proficient with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
5. Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and PowerPoint
6. Strong understanding of analytics and social media KPIs
7. Exceptional spelling, grammar, and writing skills in both languages
8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay organized
9. A strong portfolio showcasing previous social media work and campaigns
10. Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
11. Experience with paid social campaigns and ad platforms
12. Familiarity with SEO principles as they relate to social media content
13. Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA

Salary Rate - $60,000 - $65,000/yr USD

The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
