Bilingual Social Media Engagement Representative

Vaco is looking for a Bilingual Social Media Engagment Rep for one of our prestigious clients Downtown Memphis. This would be REMOTE six month contract with a felxible work schedule!
 

Position Description:

• Engages with user-generated content across social platforms on behalf of the brand.
• Respond efficiently, accurately, and appropriately to inquiries, comments, questions, or posts on social media in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Collect all relevant and approved information and ensure it is recorded appropriately in the assigned systems.
• Adhere to all policies, guidelines, procedures, and directives to ensure the brand is appropriately maintained and protected.
• Categorize donors into audience profiles for further acquisition and engagement opportunities.
• Interacts with donors and supporters through live virtual moderation as directed by Donor Cultivation leadership.
• Monitors and analyzes public perception of the brand across social channels and escalate posts accordingly. (Social listening)
• Achieves daily productivity metrics as part of the organization's service level agreement (SLA) with prescribed social media engagement platform and/or database solutions.
• Work closely with social media leaders to report issues and donor concerns requiring escalation through appropriate internal channels. Identify positive, potential opportunities through social media channels and route them appropriately to encourage or initiate future engagement with internal or external stakeholders. Use existing protocols and policies with providing these opportunities whenever possible.
• Engage donors, influencers, participants, volunteers, or other relevant supporters through various channels and systems to meet their needs as directed.
• The work schedule is flexible. This would preferably be available either Tuesday - Saturday or a Sunday - Thursday shift.
