Title of Job: Bilingual Business Analyst (Chinese)
Location: Remote

CSI Companies is hiring a Bilingual Business Analyst (Chinese) for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Minneapolis, MN. This job can be worked from anywhere in the US if you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area.

Job Summary
In the role as a Business Analyst, you’ll working with the Annual Enrollment materials for M&R FIDE/HIDE/AID plans.

Pay: $22-25 an hour based on experience (overtime will be paid at 1.5 times the normal hourly pay rate).
Hours: Full Time - M-F standard business hours

Status: Consultant/Contract: Starting off as a consultant/contractor there is always potential for long term / conversion for the right employee upon business needs. Almost all the positions within this client start off as a contractor due to being a Fortune 100 company.

Effective Date / Tentative Start Date: Interviewing Immediately

Job Duties:

• Coordinate the translation and reproduction of member communications into multiple languages and formats.
• Review translated materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards.
• Assist in the translation and editing of a variety of documents and materials.
• Collaborate with external vendors to produce high-quality translated content.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of professional project management experience.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (reading, writing, speaking)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and quick turnaround times.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• High speed internet at home as well as a designated, quiet home office space; previous remote/work from home experience highly preferred.
