We're looking for a hands-on developer who thrives on solving real problems—not just writing code. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who’s ready to dig into backend support, investigate data issues, and contribute to solution design and implementation.

What You'll Do

1. Start with application and database support to learn the environment, then shift into development work (APIs, backend support)
2. Monitor and troubleshoot replication instances and BI quality solutions
3. Work closely with backend systems to research issues and suggest improvements
4. Build and maintain SQL queries, procedures, and reports (SSRS, Crystal)
5. Investigate data problems and work across teams to resolve them
6. Document and own technical solutions from design through delivery

What We’re Looking For

1. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in application support and/or development
2. Strong SQL skills: capable of navigating databases, writing stored procedures, and interpreting reports
3. Backend understanding of web applications (not focused on UI)
4. Experience working with BI/reporting tools like SSRS or Crystal Reports
5. Able to explain what you personally built or solved—not just what your team did
6. Experience in C#, JavaScript, HTML is a plus, but solving problems is the core focus
7. Power BI or Azure development experience is a bonus
