The Kitchen + Bar is the full-service, farm-to-table dining experience at Seven Acre Diary Company. We are seeking an experienced bartender. The Kitchen + Bar is open for dinner service Tuesday - Sunday and Brunch on Saturday and Sunday.

Our bar and bar area overlook the beautiful Sugar River in Paoli, Wisconsin. Enjoy sunshine and natural light during the day, easy parking, a fun team of co-workers, delicious local food, the opportunity to bring your creative flair to our one-of-a-kind spirits (whey spirit) and cocktails, and the chance to meet unique guests in the charming town of Paoli, Wisconsin--just minutes from Madison.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Monitor and control alcohol consumption from our guests to ensure guest safety.
• Communicate and attend to our guests in a timely manner.
• Work with others in order to keep all areas clean and stocked to company standards at all times.
• Basic mathematical skills- handle money and give proper change.
• Basic computer skills- pos handling.
• Have a clear understanding of beer, wine, and be familiar with cocktail recipes.
• Experience ordering alcohol.
• Experience with high volume craft cocktail production.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understand food and beverage specifications.
• Clear understanding of workplace safety procedures licenses and certifications.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Walking and standing during scheduled shift.
• Continuous: reaching, bending, lifting, and carrying.
• Must be able to remain stationary during long period of time.
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor per state law

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
