We’re looking for someone who:

· wants to control their own schedule and selling methodology

· is interested in learning about the craft spirits industry (or has prior experience)

· is searching for a straightforward gig – it involves a lot of talking and outbound activity, but it doesn’t require much actual “work”

· is interested in elevating their sales performance with world class sales training

· is accountable to themselves, their schedule, and their personal standards

· wants a supportive work environment that is tailored to them

· a fair compensation for their role – the commission is calculated based on an average of overall commission paid to the business and is split evenly between marketing and sales personnel

Due to licensing restrictions, this role is primarily a marketing role. This role includes:

· getting in touch with procurement personnel

· calling on accounts to share information regarding purchasable barrels produced by local craft distilleries

· communicating interest to licensed sales personnel – these people handle the activities that require licensing

How you get paid:

· You get paid 6% on every barrel sold – the average barrel retails between $10,000 and $25,000.

· Multiple barrel bonus: $500 bonus if you sell multiple barrels in a single transaction

· 100k+ bonus: $1,000 bonus if you sell $100,000 in gross volume in a single month

· 200k+ bonus: $2,200 bonus if you sell $200,000 in gross volume in a single month

· Barrel club: Sell more than $2,000,000 in gross volume throughout the year and receive the option to choose between all expense paid vacations or a monetary bonus commensurate with sales (calculated off of net profit margin).

Disclaimers:

· This role is 100% commission. If you don’t sell anything, you make $0.

· This role is a 1099 role. You are in full control of your schedule and selling methods; however, there will be contractually obligated activity requirements.

· Nexus Spirits is a growing company with some kinks to work out. We are still growing our sellable portfolio, and what we can sell is based entirely on what is available from small-to-medium sized distilleries. The supply chain isn’t always perfect.

· You get paid when the business gets paid. It is not biweekly or monthly pay and fulfilling orders can take a few weeks. Your payment will become instantly available – you can request payment via EFT/ACH, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App.
