Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Banquet Attendants to join our team at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Banquet Attendant, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience.

Pay

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.

$22.00 - $22.00 / hour

Responsibilities

1. Fulfill drink orders from guests and collect proper payment as needed
2. Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
3. Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draught beer.
4. Cleans, maintains and stores bar and cocktail area and bar stock
5. Prepares and replenishes appetizers and/or garnishes as needed
6. Performs opening, closing, and additional work duties as assigned
7. 
   

Qualifications

1. Must be at least 21 years of age
2. One year's previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume environment preferred
3. Ability to complete and maintain alcohol service certificate
4. Basic math skills, with ability to accurately total guest checks
5. Possess basic knowledge of standard drink recipes and alcohol brand names
6. Verbal communication skills; listening skills with ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly

Physical Requirements

1. Ability to remain standing for entire length of shift
2. Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
3. Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
4. Bar environment - noise level may be moderate to high during busy times
