About the Team:
**This will be for general hiring for backend software engineers: you will go through a series of technical interviews then proceed to team matching. Your profile would be reviewed by multiple hiring teams/functions, which is a great benefit!

Key Responsibilities:

• Specific responsibilities vary by project area;
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve large-scale distributed software;
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables;
• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work in rapid product development.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• BS degree or above in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 1 year of working experiences
• Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, or Go;
• Strong written/verbal communication and excellent teamwork skills; flexible and be a self-starter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Even better if you have 2-4 years of working experience
• Experience working with one or more domain from the following: advertising technology, recommendation system, Global Payments, E-Commerce
• Curiosity towards new technologies and entrepreneurship.
• A solid foundation in computer science, with competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $102400 - $221760 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
