Job Title: Backend Developer

Location: Remote

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs supporting enterprise applications
• Collaborate closely with front‑end, mobile, and DevOps teams
• Write clean, scalable, well‑structured code aligned to secure coding standards
• Build and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access layers
• Integrate with third‑party APIs and enterprise platforms
• Implement auth frameworks such as OAuth2, JWT, and SSO
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and CI/CD workflows
• Monitor and improve API reliability, performance, and security
• Stay current with modern backend frameworks, cloud capabilities, and integration patterns

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs
• Comfortable integrating complex enterprise platforms (Dynamics CE/Dataverse, Workday, etc.)
• Experience with:
• .NET / C# (primary), or Node.js / Java
• SQL Server and relational data modeling
• OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT
• Experience supporting mobile and web apps through APIs
• Strong understanding of backend architecture and integration patterns

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Azure Functions, App Services, API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus
• CI/CD pipelines & automated testing
• Experience supporting React Native apps
• Background in healthcare, staffing, or HRIS/ATS integrations
• Familiarity with SOC2, HIPAA, and data‑privacy best practices
