We are looking for Spanish speaking Audit Associate with Latin America and Project Management focus with the position based out of Atlanta, GA. Will consider candidate living in Plano, TX or Iselin, NJ metro areas.

You need to have a proven track record showing outstanding performance and continuous development and are interested to grow and also work outside of your area of expertise (e.g. in other practices or regions).

Responsibilities:
 

  • Identify key risks in Siemens’s operational and financial environment, with a key focus on project and solution business, and develop understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy in order to provide analysis and interpretation to management
  • Design and execute comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks
  • Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions and recommended improvements to drive change in the organization.
  • Foster innovation and further development of processes and methodology as well as develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team
  • Participate in meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about observations, conclusions and next steps from the engagement
     

Requirements:
 

  • 6 years of relevant project management, project controlling or other relevant operation and financial experience in industries like Siemens (technology, project and solution business) or comparable experience within Siemens or a ‘Big 4’ accounting/consulting firm.
  • BS or BA from an accredited school.
  • Fluent English and Spanish is required with the ability to speak, write, read and interpret documents.
  • Experience leading project teams, strong leadership and communication skills
  • Travel up to 30% including internationally.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid working culture.
     

Preferred Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance
  • MBA, CPA, ACCA or ACA
  • Strong experience ideally in an international environment and in-depth knowledge in Project management and/ or project controlling (Agile,PMP certificate, PM@Siemens certificate)
  • Experience with Latin America business

  • The pay range for this position is $94,600 - $162,300 along with an incentive bonus of 15% structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
