Shape the Future of a Fast-Growing National Services Platform

TurnPoint Services—recognized as Kentucky’s fastest-growing company in 2023, 2024, and 2025—is seeking an Associate Web Developer to support our expanding portfolio of 60+ brands across the U.S.

We are a people-first organization known for low turnover, an exceptional culture, and a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and career growth. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing Finance team and make a meaningful impact across a rapidly scaling organization.

Overview

The Associate Web Developer supports TurnPoint’s portfolio of 60+ home service brand websites by implementing front-end updates, improving page layouts, ensuring mobile responsiveness, and maintaining a consistent, high-quality digital experience. This role focuses on WordPress execution, styling adjustments, template refinements, and light troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in front-end development, understands WordPress environments, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. They will work closely with the SEO and Brand teams, as well as our external development partner, Imagemakers, to ensure smooth ticket flow and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Front-End + WordPress Execution
  2. Build and update WordPress pages.
  3. Implement layout refinements, styling updates, spacing fixes, and content adjustments using HTML/CSS.
  4. Modify CTAs, hero banners, coupons, forms, and other front-end components.
  5. Perform light template edits (e.g., adjusting template structure, editing theme files as required, within defined boundaries).
  6. Implement SEO technical updates such as metadata, schema markup, headings, redirects, and internal links.
  7. Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting
  8. Test updates across browsers, devices, and screen sizes to ensure responsive, consistent user experience.
  9. Identify and resolve styling inconsistencies, broken layouts, or front-end bugs.
  10. QA pages prior to publishing and participate in proactive website audits.
  11. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  12. Work closely with the SEO Specialists, SEO Manager, and Brand Managers to support campaigns and key priorities.
  13. Determine what work can be completed in-house vs. escalated to Imagemakers (e.g., plugin issues, complex theme development).
  14. Provide feedback to marketing and content teams on feasibility of requested updates.
  15. Ticket Intake & Execution
  16. Manage and execute a steady volume of web tickets across multiple brands.
  17. Document changes, updates, and required follow-ups in Teamwork or designated ticketing tools.
  18. Maintain clean, accurate version control practices (within approved workflows).

Qualifications

  1. 1–3 years of experience in front-end development or WordPress-focused web development roles.
  2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic understanding of JavaScript for front-end adjustments.
  3. Hands-on experience with WordPress, including page builders and theme/template structure.
  4. Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how web structure impacts search performance.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot front-end issues.
  6. Excellent communication and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities.
  7. Experience in a multi-site or multi-brand environment is a plus.
