We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Associate Software Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative software development team at Censis Technologies. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our software solutions. You will work closely with senior engineers and gain valuable hands-on experience while contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Specific Responsibilities
 

• Software Development: Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and maintain high-quality applications using various programming languages and technologies.
• Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure alignment to coding standards, best practices, and software development processes.
• Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving software defects, bugs, and performance issues through debugging, testing, and problem analysis.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and operational procedures.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including product owners, quality assurance professionals and customer support, to deliver robust and user-friendly software solutions.
• Learning and Growth: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, programming languages, and industry trends to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
• Team Support: Provide assistance to team members as needed and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Programming Skills: Working knowledge in the following programming languages: Java, C#, Angular, or JavaScript. Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts is preferred.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify software issues efficiently.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, partners, and clients.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Time Management: Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet project goals
• Experience: 0-3 years of software design and development experience within an Agile environment
