We are looking for an Associate Retoucher to join our high-volume fashion retouching studio. This is an operational position processing and evaluating images for the web. We are looking for someone adaptable to our deadline driven environment that is collaborative and can hold their own to meet personal and team quotas.

What You Get To Do Every Day

Retouches and runs quality control on raw images and .jpg general product images to meet The RealReal’s visual standards by performing the following duties: 

• Batch color corrects raw product images
• Retouches jpg images to match visual standards of each item type
• Composites images to scale
• Evaluates quality of color correction and retouching actualized during other workflows 
• Ensures all products in the pipeline, including exceptions, have been addressed appropriately
• Meets daily deadlines and goals
• Assess and report issues, as needed

• Understanding of Mac OS, Adobe Bridge, Lightroom, Photoshop
• Communicates clearly and articulately
• Self-reliant, proactive
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent color vision

Able to apply sound judgment while working independently, and as part of a team, within tight timelines.
