Position Overview
The Creator Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving Scale Media’s CreatorOps initiatives by managing and optimizing creator partnerships across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator Connections, and Meta. This position is ideal for a proactive, organized professional with a passion for influencer marketing, digital media, and the creator economy.
You will support end-to-end creator operations — from vetting and negotiation to contract execution, deliverable tracking, performance analysis, and relationship management. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, and Legal teams, you’ll help scale influencer-driven campaigns that convert followers into customers and creators into long-term brand partners.
Key Responsibilies
Creator Discovery & Vetting
- Proactively identify high-potential creators aligned with brand identity, content quality, and audience demographics
- Conduct data-driven evaluations of engagement metrics, conversion potential, and historical performance
- Maintain and update creator dashboards to inform campaign planning and optimization
Creator Outreach & Onboarding
- Execute outreach campaigns to recruit creators for new initiatives and product launches
- Support all stages of onboarding, from introductions to contract execution and orientation
- Develop onboarding materials, FAQs, and communication templates to streamline creator ramp-up
Partnership Management
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned creators, ensuring clear communication, satisfaction, and consistent performance
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key creators and agencies to foster retention and repeat collaboration
- Coordinate creator briefs, deliverable timelines, and brand approvals to ensure content meets campaign standards
Campaign Coordination & Tracking
- Manage day-to-day campaign logistics including deliverable tracking, content review, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align creator content with marketing goals and promotional calendars
- Monitor KPIs across sales, engagement, and ROI to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities
Contracting & Compliance
- Distribute, collect, and organize creator contracts in coordination with Legal and Finance
- Ensure all partnerships comply with FTC disclosure guidelines and platform-specific policies
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Compile post-campaign reports highlighting key metrics, creator performance, and learnings
- Partner with data and analytics teams to refine creator scoring systems and performance benchmarks
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership to improve campaign efficiency and ROI
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Liaise with Brand, Marketing, and Operations teams to align creator initiatives with overall business objectives
- Support internal process improvements, documentation, and system integrations that enhance team efficiency
Tools & Platforms
- Internal Systems: Slack, Google Workspaces
- External Platforms: TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator Connections, Meta for Business
- Analytics & CRM Tools: On-platform analytics, Northbeam, Tableau
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional, internship or apprenticeship experience in influencer marketing, creator management, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social commerce platforms.
- Data-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret and present performance metrics.
- Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented — with a passion for the creator economy and social commerce innovation.
