Position Overview

The Creator Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving Scale Media’s CreatorOps initiatives by managing and optimizing creator partnerships across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator Connections, and Meta. This position is ideal for a proactive, organized professional with a passion for influencer marketing, digital media, and the creator economy.


You will support end-to-end creator operations — from vetting and negotiation to contract execution, deliverable tracking, performance analysis, and relationship management. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, and Legal teams, you’ll help scale influencer-driven campaigns that convert followers into customers and creators into long-term brand partners.



Key Responsibilies

Creator Discovery & Vetting

  1. Proactively identify high-potential creators aligned with brand identity, content quality, and audience demographics
  2. Conduct data-driven evaluations of engagement metrics, conversion potential, and historical performance
  3. Maintain and update creator dashboards to inform campaign planning and optimization


Creator Outreach & Onboarding

  1. Execute outreach campaigns to recruit creators for new initiatives and product launches
  2. Support all stages of onboarding, from introductions to contract execution and orientation
  3. Develop onboarding materials, FAQs, and communication templates to streamline creator ramp-up


Partnership Management

  1. Serve as a point of contact for assigned creators, ensuring clear communication, satisfaction, and consistent performance
  2. Build strong, long-term relationships with key creators and agencies to foster retention and repeat collaboration
  3. Coordinate creator briefs, deliverable timelines, and brand approvals to ensure content meets campaign standards


Campaign Coordination & Tracking

  1. Manage day-to-day campaign logistics including deliverable tracking, content review, and performance reporting.
  2. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align creator content with marketing goals and promotional calendars
  3. Monitor KPIs across sales, engagement, and ROI to assess effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities


Contracting & Compliance

  1. Distribute, collect, and organize creator contracts in coordination with Legal and Finance
  2. Ensure all partnerships comply with FTC disclosure guidelines and platform-specific policies


Performance Reporting & Insights

  1. Compile post-campaign reports highlighting key metrics, creator performance, and learnings
  2. Partner with data and analytics teams to refine creator scoring systems and performance benchmarks
  3. Present insights and recommendations to leadership to improve campaign efficiency and ROI


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Liaise with Brand, Marketing, and Operations teams to align creator initiatives with overall business objectives
  2. Support internal process improvements, documentation, and system integrations that enhance team efficiency


Tools & Platforms

  1. Internal Systems: Slack, Google Workspaces
  2. External Platforms: TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator Connections, Meta for Business
  3. Analytics & CRM Tools: On-platform analytics, Northbeam, Tableau


Qualifications

  1. 1+ years of professional, internship or apprenticeship experience in influencer marketing, creator management, social media, or digital marketing
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  3. Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  4. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social commerce platforms.
  5. Data-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret and present performance metrics.
  6. Proficiency with digital collaboration tools (Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
  7. Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented — with a passion for the creator economy and social commerce innovation.
