We are currently hiring for an Associate Brand Manager to execute product and marketing driven strategy supporting a suite of our international consumer brands.

As our Associate Brand Manager, you will play an instrumental role in implementing a robust metrics, monitoring and reporting system, collaborate with internal teams to achieve user supply goals and campaign coordination and partner with product and technology to enhance and optimize the user journey and experience.

This position is based out of Prodege’s US Headquarters in El Segundo, CA and is a hybrid role (3 days in office).

Additionally, You’ll
 

  • Monitor key metrics for each property to measure the effectiveness of consumer marketing campaigns, user engagement, and overall brand performance, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations regarding MAU (Monthly Active Users), LTV (Lifetime Value), Activation Rates, Retention Rates, A/B Testing Results, etc.
  • Meet user supply goals including activation and retention across all channels;
  • Coordinate with product marketing teams to produce campaigns that capitalize on seasonal events, drive adoption of the various components of the product experience, and manage retention efforts.
  • Make recommendations to improve or increase user engagement through both front end and back end components, primarily focused around User Experience.
  • Ensure that users in all geographies served have the optimal experience and that products, marketing programs, and other features are made available globally.
  • Partner with peers and colleagues within the revenue organization to ensure that the members of the brands they manage have access to all relevant earning channels and opportunities.
  • Partner with the acquisition marketing team to maximize and optimize marketing traffic from various digital channels.
  • Ensure that proper customer service levels are maintained; driving engagement strategies and be a champion for the brand so that NPS levels remain world class
     

Your Qualifications
 

  • At least 2 years in digital marketing, rewards program marketing, product marketing, or project management.
  • Experience with user funnel and conversion rate optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field of study is preferred.
  • Prior experience and familiarity with the mechanics of member-based or subscription-based business models is ideal, but not required
  • Aptitude to draw on data to drive actionable insights to inform marketing strategy and improve the consumer experience.
  • Ability to quickly grasp product features and benefits and translate those into brief accurate, high quality deliverables like use cases, tutorials and marketing materials.
  • Ability to drive campaigns and initiatives that produce measurably successful outcomes against KPIs and OKRs.
  • High emotional intelligence and a very strong orientation toward collaboration and team-building to support internal partnerships with other cross-functional groups to drive strategic and operational alignment on key initiatives.
  • Familiar with analytic software such as excel, Tableau or similar tools.

We are actively seeking candidates based in the Los Angeles area for this position. This role is hybrid, and candidates must be able to fulfill an in-office requirement of 3 days per week. We believe that local presence will enhance collaboration and contribution to the overall success of the team. We have an amazing dog-friendly office with free lunch 5 days a week, on-site gym, flex/core hours and more! Travel to conferences and recruitment events may be required from time to time.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000.

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc. Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation could be impacted by work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, commission, equity, or benefits.

Prodege offers a comprehensive benefits package to US Full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and basic life insurance. Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees receive an option to purchase shares of Company stock commensurate with their position, which vests over four years.
