Position: Career Labor & Employment Associate

Experience Level: 4 - 6 years in employment litigation matters

Location: Primarily remote- Office locations in DC, Charlotte, Raleigh, or Richmond. Occasional in-office meetings, depositions, and court appearances.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $225,000, dependent on years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Defending employers in single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.
• Handling ERISA litigation.
• Representing clients in agencies and court.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Excellent academic background.
• Solid experience defending employment actions in agencies and court.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the U.S.
