ASSISTANT TO PROPERTY MANAGER

Become a member of our on-site team where you will assist the Manager with daily activities inclusive of:

DUTIES

Receiving incoming telephone calls

Pre-Screening applicants

Showing units to prospective residents

Scheduling maintenance

Following up with Vendors

Updating online marketing of listings

Completing Inspections

Presenting excellent forward facing customer service

Handling complaints

Assisting Manager as needed with other tasks

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals who are detail oriented and highly organized. Ideal candidate is assertive, able to professionally handle customer complains, thrives in team work environment but can also work with little to no supervision. Some real estate experience and strong sales skills also desired.

COMPENSATION

• $45K-70K Per year, (including value of housing) commensurate with experience.
• Housing Provided
• Reviews at 30 - 90 - 180 and 360 days subject to wage increases based on performance
