We're hiring an Assistant Project Manager – Utility-Scale Renewables ⚡

Join a growing renewable energy developer that owns and operates several gigawatts of wind and solar projects across the U.S. We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the end-to-end delivery of utility-scale solar (and potentially BESS) projects.

This role requires 100% time on site - 4 weeks on with 1 week rotation.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Supporting project execution from design and engineering through construction and turnover to operations
2. Managing contractors, vendors, and project budgets
3. Assisting with permitting, procurement, and stakeholder coordination
4. Overseeing construction quality, compliance, and schedules
5. Facilitating seamless transitions between development, construction, and operations

Ideal candidates have:

1. 2+ years of renewable energy project experience (solar preferred)
2. Strong organizational and communication skills
3. A BS in Engineering or Construction Management
4. Familiarity with EPC contracts, project financials, and field execution
5. A passion for clean energy and comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced teams
