You'll be part of a large construction general contractor and developer firm located in Miami with projects in the 3 counties. Specialized in Commercial (Healthcare, Education, Offices, Retail, Restaurants, Storage, High End Interiors) and Multifamily Construction. Projects between 5M / +100M.

Responsibilities

Support the SR PM'S / PX / VP in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.

Will also be accountable for maintaining relationships with the clients, subcontractors, building trust and value throughout the construction process.

Scheduling

RFI / Change Management

Qualifications

B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.

3-10 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Retail, Mixed Use, Educational, Healthcare, ground up / renovations.

To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.

Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.

Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a package of up to $80,000 - 105,000 base plus benefits, performance bonus, allowances, and other perks.
