Job Description:

Lionsgate is seeking an Assistant, Motion Picture Marketing. This role requires a talented individual who will handle a variety of administrative and team support of the specialty and limited release group.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact regarding SVP Marketing’s calendar (scheduling & availability)
  • Complete travel booking, expense reports, and ad hoc tasks at the direction of SVP Marketing
  • Support SVP Marketing’s priorities and deadlines across a range of projects
  • Assist with meeting support, including agenda creation, document preparation, and note taking
  • Manage screening room reservations & conference room bookings for Marketing group
  • Create spreadsheets and databases to organize information as needed
  • Perform research and compile business information assigned by team as needed
  • Prepare sales materials used to pitch film placement in theaters and digital platforms, among others
  • Team’s primary point of contact for release information, invoice processing, and product and office supply orders
  • Facilitate ad hoc requests across strategy, publicity, creative, and digital departments as needed

Qualifications And Skills

  • The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and written skills, with strong organizational ability
  • Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced, deadline driven, agile environment
  • An ideal candidate is self-sufficient and quick to learn
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • College degree is required

  • Previous administrative experience a plus
  • 2 years working in an office environment a plus

Compensation

$40,000 - $43,000 annually
