Position Summary:

The Full Time Assistant Director at Vivaldi Music Academy are key roles for operations. This position requires a person who is detail oriented, people person, has sales experience and has a passion for education.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Goal Oriented:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that inquiries from prospective students and parents are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that align with the academy's mission and reach enrollment goals.

Student and Parent Communication:

  • Communicate with students and parents regarding scheduling, events, and general inquiries.
  • Foster positive relationships with students and parents to enhance the overall experience at the academy.

Faculty Support:

  • Coordinate teacher schedules and provide support to ensure a positive teaching environment.
  • Event Planning including bi-annual recitals and summer recitals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business or administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and other relevant software.
  • Previous experience in music education or arts administration is a plus.

 

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 12pm - 8pm and Saturday 8:30am - 5pm. Schedule will be determined based on availability.
