Job Title: Assistant Plant Controller (Direct Hire)

Korn Ferry is partnering with a global manufacturer to hire an Assistant Plant Controller to join our client's team located in North Denver, Colorado. This is a direct hire position with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for as little as one day a week in the office after training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with the Plant Controller and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Support inventory management and cost control efforts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and various financial reports.
• Provide support for audits and compliance activities.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
• SAP software experience is a plus.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
