We are seeking a hands-on AI Tech Lead to design and build enterprise-grade LLM and RAG-based solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Generative AI, system design, and scalable architecture, along with the ability to lead development and optimize real-world AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement LLM-powered applications using RAG, embeddings, and agentic AI
2. Build scalable end-to-end AI architectures integrating enterprise data
3. Optimize LLM performance (RPM, TPM, latency, cost)
4. Improve accuracy by handling hallucinations and retrieval issues
5. Work with Azure AI Services and AI Gateways
6. Ensure data security and masking for sensitive information
7. Lead hands-on development (Python /APIs)

Core Skills

1. Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG
2. Expertise in:
3. Prompt engineering (temperature, top-p)
4. Vector databases & embeddings
5. API integrations (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI)
6. Solid coding in Python (mandatory), Java/Spring Boot (preferred)
7. Experience in system design and scalable architectures

Must Have

1. End-to-end LLM + RAG implementation experience
2. Strong problem-solving & debugging skills
3. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
4. Prior client-facing / leadership experience
5. Good to Have
6. Experience with MCP, Agentic AI
7. Exposure to Banking / Financial domain
