Our Client, a Software Company, is looking for Art Director for their Remote (CA) location

Responsibilities:

1. The Sales Cloud creative team at Client has an opening for an Art Director.
2. Client creatives combine high-level creativity, craftsmanship, strategic smarts, and business IQ to bring engaging concepts to life.
3. Create and inspire work that meets strategic marketing objectives and clear point of view that aligns to the Client brand
4. Design and lead campaigns across digital ads, social, email, web pages and more
5. Promote collaboration between partners, agencies and the creative department
6. Develop, produce, and lead well-thought-out presentations that tell the story of the design solution
7. Constantly push the envelope by promoting progressive thinking and innovation
8. Lead and coach junior creative staff through critique of their work to maintain quality and consistency
9. Understand the business and industry of our internal clients and external customers
10. Be able to work with external vendors/freelancers to provide clear creative direction and timely/helpful feedback to improve creative processes
11. Prioritize work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needs
12. This Art Director will primarily work on digital ads, website design, email design, social posts for Sales Cloud products and Salesblazer.

Requirements

1. Experienced thinkers and storytellers, our creatives collaborate in a multifaceted work environment to create remarkable work that inspires customers, attracts prospects, and delivers results.
2. Excellent design skills, a wealth of digital experience, and impressive conceptual abilities.
3. Fearless in trying new directions or techniques in order to create something new.
4. Finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices, and you’re frequently sought out by other designers for input on their designs. You’re both a sprinter and long-distance runner.
5. Concept everything from big campaign ideas and event experiences to cohesive design themes for email campaigns and what should go on a t-shirt. You'll design creative campaigns, e-books, email materials, social campaigns, websites, presentations and anything else our internal client or creative team at large needs.
6. Also create immersive experiences for our world-class events, including Dreamforce, the biggest software conference in the world.
7. 8+ years of advertising agency or design shop experience or with strong command of integrated marketing/advertising campaigns which includes digital (web, UI/UX, interactive, video) in addition to traditional advertising or design projects (print, OOH, events)
8. A compelling portfolio of original work that’s both conceptual and results-driven
9. Exceptional written and oral communication skills
10. Strong attention to detail and eagerness to push the boundaries
11. Expert knowledge of the Figma
12. Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
13. Video editing and After Effects Animation is a plus
14. Knowledge in Keynote/PowerPoint/Google slides required
15. A Bachelor’s degree
16. Must Have Skills: Design Expertise, Figma Expertise, Digital design across ads and website, Google Slides Expertise, Conceptual skills, Team collaboration
17. Optional Skills: Animation Skills.
