- We are URGENTLY hiring for an armed position in the San Antonio area, TX (see post information below).

We offer weekly pay, a health plan, and competitive pay and training. There may be options to pick up an additional temporary or permanent shift. You MUST HAVE reliable transportation to and from work.

- Armed officer pay will be $16.50+ and discussed during interview. Merit annual increases are determined by the management team after annual performance evaluations.

Post Hours: Sunday - Tuesday 5pm-7am

Duties

- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and property
- Respond to alarms and incidents, investigate disturbances, and provide emergency assistance as needed
- Conduct thorough security checks and inspections to identify potential risks or hazards
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

Qualifications

- Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Excellent observation skills with the ability to quickly identify potential security threats
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective incident reporting and customer interactions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of alertness
