```Duties:```
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to gather project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ArchiCAD
- Develop 3D models and renderings using software such as Revit
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Review and revise designs based on client feedback and budget constraints
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

```Experience:```
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, and Rhinoceros 3D
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and systems design
- Familiarity with mechanical design principles and interior design concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Note: Experience in system design is a plus.
