About the Role

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team in Dallas, 75201. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Mortgage industry and be proficient in SQL, PowerShell, and various technologies.

Job Title: Application Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for applications used in the Mortgage industry
• Work with SQL for scripting and data management
• Utilize technologies such as SharePoint, Office 365, VoIP, Active Directory, and more
• Build complex reports using Explorer Analytics
• Modify XML files and work with Black Knight LoanSphere LOS (Empower)

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in the Mortgage industry
• Proficiency in SQL, SQL Management Studio, and Powershell

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with SharePoint on Prem and Cloud
• Familiarity with Office 365, including Visio & Project
• Experience with Active Directory, Explorer Analytics, LDAP Browser, and XML
