Summary: Our client is looking for a HubSpot Web Developer and Admin to help with their enterprise CRM platforms. A HubSpot Web Developer and Administrator is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining websites and web applications using the HubSpot CRM, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. They will work closely with the marketing and IT teams to implement and optimize HubSpot web tools and features to drive customer engagement. Responsibilities

1. Designing and configuring websites, web applications, and landing pages using HubSpot CMS, JavaScript, and HTML.
2. Working with key stakeholders to operate, design, and iteratively improve our HubSpot capabilities, as well as help prioritize and build consensus around HubSpot processes and outcomes.
3. Managing user access control and cleaning up obsolete/not-used reports, workflows, views, properties, and supporting internal tracking such as customer onboarding and task management.
4. Customizing and optimizing HubSpot templates and modules to meet specific marketing goals.
5. Integrating third-party tools and APIs with HubSpot to enhance functionality.
6. Collaborating with designers and content creators to ensure a seamless user experience.
7. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HubSpot implementation.
8. Staying up to date with the latest HubSpot features and best practices.
9. Mapping customer journeys for multiple business units.

Qualifications

1. Completed a Bachelor's Degree or related years of experience
2. Strong knowledge and experience with the HubSpot platform (Marketing, Sales, and CMS modules preferably)
3. Experience with enterprise tech solution administration (HubSpot or Salesforce preferably)
4. Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
5. Experience with API integrations.
6. Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
7. Must be able to work on a W-2 without sponsorship, no 1099's or C2C's for this engagement
