The pay range starts at $17 per hour and is based on experience.

Requirements include the following:

• Candidate must have general knowledge in appliance, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• General handyman skills are a must.
• Candidate needs healthy interpersonal and communication skills to communicate solutions to apartment residents and follow up on repairs.
• They must also have the ability to keep track of multiple work orders and repairs, while prioritizing emergencies.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to operate during full work hours.
