Job Summary

As an Angular Developer - Frontend, you will collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to create seamless, high-performance applications. Your work will involve developing user-friendly interfaces and ensuring robust functionality by integrating APIs and services.

Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements. Additionally, all team members may be called upon to support proposal efforts as needed. This could include resume formatting, providing skills alignment summaries, participating in meetings, or contributing to solutioning activities based on subject matter expertise or functional experience.

Responsibilities

1. Develop responsive web applications using Angular 10+ framework
2. Implement design specifications and improve user experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
3. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
4. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in code quality and performance
5. Troubleshoot and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
6. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and stand-ups

Requirements

Required Qualifications

1. 2+ years of professional Angular v16 or higher programming experience
2. Front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs, and responsive design
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Agile or SCRUM methodologies
4. Approximately 2 years of working experience with CI/CD environments
5. Solid experience with Git
6. Strong experience with Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 accessibility requirements
7. Ability to work with technical staff to understand and develop new web applications, resolve customer complaints with web applications, and respond to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements
8. Ability to participate in the development of software documentation such as version description document and user manuals debugging, cross-browser compatibility,
9. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset
10. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting

Preferred Qualifications

1. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
2. Experience with accessibility testing tools
3. Working knowledge of C# and Azure cloud
4. Experience or exposure with automation tools, such as msbuild and dotnet tools
5. Experience with container technologies like Docker
6. Experience or exposure with LDAP, OAuth, AD security, and authentication
7. Experience supporting the federal government

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

1. This is a remote/work-from-home position. The employee is expected to maintain a professional and distraction-free home office environment with reliable internet access and the ability to participate in video and audio calls during standard working hours.
