We are hiring an Analytics Manager to join our Growth Analytics team. This team is responsible for the strategy and execution of scaling the
PSA
business and new key strategic initiatives. This is a high impact role that will have exposure to all aspects of the business. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker with a bias for action, and is equal parts analytical, strategic, and entrepreneurial. This candidate will be familiar with core concepts across the technology landscape, and will have expertise in data modeling, marketing analytics and/or product analytics, and program management. Intellectual curiosity is a must, and prior experience or interest in D2C businesses is a bonus.
You’ll report directly to the Director of Growth Analytics. Remote or hybrid candidates will be considered. This will be discussed further as part of the recruiting process.

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $132,000-$180,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
