Our team is accountable for growing Amazon sales for Hamilton Beach products, and we are seeking qualified candidates for an Amazon Forecast Analyst opportunity at our Corporate Headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining analysis, reporting and business recommendations via cross functional collaboration. This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Builds, develops, maintains, and analyzes Amazon forecast
• Develops and achieves buy-in from sales teams and other stakeholders on item level forecasts
• Provides internal reporting to support the forecast and gain consensus between stakeholders
• Analyzes and reports forecast results (consumption, accuracy, and root cause analysis)
• Utilizes knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques including time-series, linear regression and executes forecasting processes
• Assists the sales team by providing and ensuring understanding of sales and performance analysis through reports and insights
• Communicates operational and supply chain needs internally
• Daily contact for internal operations
• Performs other responsibilities and required for the job

Requirements of the position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or related field
• Sales and/or operational experience is preferred
• Amazon FBA experience is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Demonstrated ability for excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments at once
• Excellent written follow up
• Ability to meet deadline
