We're seeking an Amazon SEO experienced Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant with content creation and meticulous data recording skills to ensure proactive connection with Amazon customers to drive product visibility, engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Behavior Analysis

1. Establish market differences, local nuances through research & data
2. Proactively monitor and respond to customer questions, ensuring timely, accurate, and helpful answers
3. Understand and apply customer behavior insights to content and promotional efforts
4. Strategically develop high converting content, product bundles & promotion to drive conversion
5. Document and present findings and feedback clearly and effectively

Content Creation & Optimization

1. Develop, create and schedule visually compelling, engaging and high-converting Amazon Content
2. Continuously review, record and highlight insight that builds brand & product visibility and conversion
3. Ideate and plan engaging themes to foster brand trust, loyalty & inclusivity through emotional selling
4. Collaborate with internal team for logistics and resources allocation

Brand Store Management

1. Maintain various branding touchpoints, ensuring it reflects the latest branding, product offerings, and promotions.
2. Support implemented strategies by presenting accurate and actionable data-driven insight

Job Details:

1. Salary: USD 600 to USD 800 per month
2. Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (GMT+8)
3. Working Days: Monday to Friday

Requirements:

1. At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce content writing.
2. Proven track record in Amazon SEO Optimization
3. Able to present findings and feedbacks clearly and effectively.
4. Comfortable working in a cross-cultural, fast-paced environment.
5. Strong sense of ownership
6. Familiarity with Hubstaff for tracking.

Good to have:

1. Knowledge of Canva, video editing, and social media content management
