CTG is seeking a few Allscripts Practice Management Consultants for a go-live project with one of our clients in TN. Should have experience with multiple go-lives

Duration: 2 weeks, 12 hour shift, Onsite - Week of June 26th and July 5th-7th. Travel date to client location will be June 24th.

Skills/Responsibilities:

• Experience with Allscripts Practice Management support (scheduling, back office, etc.) – this is an application used in physician practices and clinics to manage the billing and other business processes.
• The resources working this go live will need to be versed enough in Allscripts Practice Management to guide front office staff and office managers using the application for the first time on how to navigate the system
• Answer and manage calls/requests from end users
• Provide daily support to end users on a variety of application issues, escalating to support teams as necessary
• Identify, research, and resolve Allscripts Practice Management issues
• Respond to end-user questions or issues
• Understand client's latest configurations and changes to Allscripts Practice Management applications
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution
