We're Hiring: Technical Writer and Training Developer

Location: Londonderry, NH 03053

Salary: Up to $65/hour (based on experience)

Scheduled End: 09/21/2025 possibility to extend

Are you an experienced Technical Writer with a passion for clarity and precision? Join our team where you'll create and manage documentation and training materials that support the development and use of our advanced products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals, system documentation, installation guides, training materials, proposals, and reports.
• Edit, standardize, or revise material prepared by others to ensure accuracy and compliance with military standards.
• Incorporate feedback from technical staff and users to improve documentation quality.
• Manage documentation projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, understandable language for non-technical audiences.
• Author technical documents, including O&M Manuals, TOs, TMs, and User Manuals.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of military standards (MIL-STD-38784, MIL-STD-40051, MIL-DTL-38807).
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience in the aerospace, defense, or technology sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload efficiently.
• Familiarity with IETM, CSDB, SGML, and XML is a plus.
• Secret level security clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain).
