Job Description:

Sterling Airways dba Aleutian Airways is a 121-air carrier providing service from Anchorage to the Aleutian Islands. We are led by respected and successful longtime aviation professionals and have strong financial backing. We are seeking a Records Coordinator to work in our Anchorage, AK hangar/office facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to learn and understand computer tracking programs.
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Prefer prior aircraft records experience.
  • Highly Prefer prior FlightDocs (Veryon) experience
  • Able to pass initial and random ten-year Background/Criminal/DMV/Drug Screens
  • Ability to work a flexible 5 days a week shift to include some weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reports to Manager of CASS/Records

  • Perform daily administration of aircraft records.
  • Verify maintenance paperwork and ensure it has been completed accurately.
  • Scan and catalog completed paperwork to maintain orderly system of aircraft digital and physical files.
  • Ensure aircraft records have been entered into the computer tracking system and are tracking correctly.
  • Perform daily audits of aircraft paperwork.
  • Assist in new aircraft audits and onboarding process.
  • Provide aircraft reports as required.
  • Make recommendations to the Manager of CASS/Records and the DQC for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager of CASS/Records.

Salary depends on experience.
