Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Define Employee Agent product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on user needs and business value.
Identify and deliver high-value employee AI scenarios across knowledge, content, collaboration, and workflow execution.
Design AI capabilities such as context, memory, skills, domain-agent orchestration, and enterprise-system integration.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from user research and requirements to launch, adoption, and iteration.
Define and track key metrics, including WAU, retention, task success rate, CSAT, time savings, and AI output quality.
Collaborate with engineering, design, business, security, and data teams to ensure scalable and responsible delivery.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, AI, productivity tools, or SaaS.
Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and evaluation methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to turn complex business needs into clear product strategies and requirements.
Strong user research, data analysis, prioritization, and product delivery capabilities.
Excellent cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience with enterprise systems, workflows, or global products is preferred.
