We’re partnering with a well-funded, early-stage startup that’s revolutionizing residential real estate with an AI-powered platform unifying e-signatures, payments, compliance workflows, and intelligent automation. Backed by 6M in seed funding and an elite investor network, the team is now building its founding engineering team from scratch.

🧠 The Opportunity

We’re seeking 1–3 AI/ML Engineers to work closely with the CTO and CEO to build advanced machine learning systems that power automation across real estate workflows. This is a rare opportunity to design and implement NLP, document understanding, and AI-driven automation from the ground up, with direct ownership over the models and systems that will shape the product.

🔧 What You’ll Do

1. Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for NLP, document parsing, and workflow automation.
2. Build AI-driven contract creation, e-signature verification, and payment automation systems.
3. Integrate ML solutions with modern web technologies using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to architect scalable AI services in a microservices framework, leveraging Supabase, Vercel, and other modern dev tools.
5. Establish and maintain ML pipelines, model monitoring, and CI/CD for AI systems.
6. Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP, embeddings, LLMs, and structured data.
7. Contribute to technical decision-making and best practices shaping the trajectory of the company.

💡 What We’re Looking For

1. 3+ years of professional experience in AI/ML or related software engineering roles.
2. Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and ML frameworks.
3. Experience with NLP, OCR, or document understanding systems.
4. Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and scaling ML systems.
5. Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js preferred for integration with production platforms.
6. Comfortable working in zero-to-one environments with high ambiguity and impact.
7. Bonus: Experience in proptech, fintech, or compliance automation, and working with LLMs, embeddings, or generative AI.
8. Must be U.S.-based (remote-first, with hubs in Miami, NYC, SF, or LA preferred).
