We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-based solutions to solve real-world business problems.

Responsibilities

1. Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models.
2. Build AI solutions using Python and ML frameworks.
3. Work with large datasets for data preprocessing and analysis.
4. Deploy ML models into production environments.
5. Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and business teams.
6. Monitor model performance and improve accuracy.
7. Implement NLP, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision solutions when required.
8. Maintain documentation for AI/ML processes and workflows.

Required Skills

1. Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and Data Structures.
2. Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
3. Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
4. Knowledge of Data Analysis and Feature Engineering.
5. Familiarity with Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
6. Understanding of APIs and model deployment.
7. Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
2. Experience with NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, or Computer Vision is a plus.
3. Knowledge of MLOps and Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.
