Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex data and AI applications, often leveraging emerging and cutting-edge technologies
2. Architect and deliver enterprise-scale GenAI solutions, including summarization engines and chatbot applications
3. Apply sound judgment in selecting methods, tools, and evaluation criteria within broadly defined practices and policies
4. Provide technical leadership by owning deliverables, assigning work, and resolving complex technical issues
5. Translate business strategy and requirements into actionable technical solutions
6. Ensure solutions comply with model governance and risk management standards
7. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendors

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) in a related IS/IT discipline, or equivalent professional experience
2. Typically 10 years of overall IT experience, including leadership on complex, enterprise initiatives
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly
4. 2 years of professional experience executing end-to-end Generative AI projects using:
5. Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA)
6. MCP (skills-based orchestration)
7. Agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph)
8. LLM development frameworks ( LangChain, LlamaIndex)
9. Embedding models (e.g., all-MiniLM-L6-v2, nomic-ai)
10. Evaluation frameworks ( RAGAS, LangSmith, Phoenix/Arize)
11. REST APIs, FastAPI, WebSockets
12. Enterprise data stores ( Redis, MongoDB)
13. Strong Python programming expertise
14. Frontend experience with Angular is a significant plus
