Job Description:

Our client, a rapidly growing EdTech startup, is seeking an AI Automation Specialist who enjoys building fast, creative, practical solutions that improve efficiency across an organization. This role blends technical problem-solving with cross-functional collaboration, ideal for someone who loves working at the intersection of AI, automation, and business operations.

You will work closely with teams across Sales, Client Experience, Marketing, Product, and Finance to design and implement AI-powered workflows that streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and reduce manual effort. This role is hands-on, fast-moving, and best suited for someone who excels with tools like n8n, Glean, Fin, ChatGPT-5, Gemini, and similar automation platforms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and integrate AI-powered workflows that eliminate bottlenecks across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Client Experience.
  2. Use tools such as n8n, Glean, AgentForce, Fin, Snowflake, or lightweight custom development to connect systems, automate data flows, and reduce manual repetitive work.
  3. Prototype quickly using no-code and low-code tools, iterating solutions into scalable, maintainable processes.
  4. Partner with cross-functional leaders to translate operational challenges into actionable technical solutions.
  5. Coordinate with program and project leaders to support rollouts, gather feedback, and ensure successful adoption of new workflows.
  6. Document new tools, processes, and playbooks to enable broader organizational experimentation with AI.
  7. Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend enhancements to the company’s automation infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in a technical, operations, automations, or solutions-focused role (solutions engineering, RevOps, technical program management, etc.).
  2. Hands-on experience with no-code, low-code, and AI tools such as Salesforce, Clay, Zapier, Make, Glean, n8n, Retool, Intercom, or PlanHat.
  3. Experience integrating systems with APIs, webhooks, and structured data flows across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, analytics tools, and financial systems.
  4. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
  5. A builder’s mindset that is curious, experimental, and motivated by operational efficiency.
  6. Strong communication skills and comfort working across multiple business units in a high-velocity environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, operations, fintech, or similar environments.
  2. Familiarity with scripting or data tools such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
  3. Understanding of AI-powered automation, enrichment tools, and workflow orchestration.
  4. Experience supporting revenue operations, GTM teams, or cross-functional programs with automation or AI workflows.
