Legacy Youth Organization is a community-based organization that provides after-school programs for elementary school students Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 3:15 PM-5:45 PM, Wednesday, Friday 12:15- 5:45 in Central Harlem. We are seeking to hire two after-school program coordinators/directors to supervise our site in Central Harlem

Qualification:

• Experience working in an after school program either as staff or management.
• Worked with groups of children in grades PreK- 6th.
• Management history or management skills
• Communication Skills, organized, team leader, & creative skills
• Attention to detail a must
• Ability to effectively manage behavior and create a positive learning environment.
• Attention to detail a must

• Professional and attention to providing customer service with parents concerns.
• Must be punctual, friendly, motivated, and alert
• Must enjoy working in a team environment
• Must have the ability to be flexible and rise above stressful situations
• Must be over 20 years old

Description:
 Overal supervision and managment of an After School Site of 45-55 children services of in homework assistance, academic enrichment, and recreational activities;

Pay: $18 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 3:15 PM-5:45 PM, Wednesday, Friday 12:15- 5:45

Experience:

• Childcare: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: Several as mentioned above.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
