Role Overview

The Affiliate / Referral Manager is responsible for developing and managing a network of individuals or organizations who promote the Flow Metrics platform through referrals. This role focuses on building relationships with affiliates, content creators, consultants, and business communities that can introduce Flow Metrics to potential users.

The position is ideal for individuals interested in growth strategy, partnerships, and SaaS marketing. The Affiliate / Referral Manager will focus on expanding the referral ecosystem around Flow Metrics and supporting partners in effectively promoting the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and recruit potential affiliates and referral partners who can promote Flow Metrics
  2. Build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring they understand the value of the platform
  3. Support affiliates by providing product information, messaging, and promotional materials
  4. Track referral performance and partner activity
  5. Develop strategies to grow and improve the affiliate network
  6. Work with the team to identify new partnership opportunities that drive customer growth

Qualifications

  1. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
  2. Interest in marketing, partnerships, or SaaS growth strategies
  3. Ability to manage multiple relationships and track performance metrics
  4. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  5. Organized and capable of managing outreach and partner communication

Compensation

This is a commission‑based role. Compensation includes 5–10% commission on revenue generated through affiliate and referral partnerships managed by the representative. Additional performance‑based incentives or bonuses may be available depending on affiliate performance and contributions to the growth of the affiliate network.

Pay: $1.00 - $7,000.00 per month
