Adventures in Wisdom is a social impact company bringing personal development and life coaching to kids through our coaching kids certification program. Since 2013 we have been certifying WISDOM Coaches (in over 30 countries) to help children develop mindset skills for confidence, self-esteem, resilience, self-leadership, achievement, and so much more.

We are looking for a proven results-oriented Affiliate Marketing Professional to grow our partnerships.

Your objective is to recruit new affiliate/referral/JV partners with the purpose of creating awareness around the positive impact that life coaching for kids is having in the world and creating new leads for our life coaching for kids certification program.

You are an innovative self-starter with extreme attention to detail and ability to get things done who:

• Experienced with running and optimizing affiliate marketing activities for services-based companies
• Skilled at building relationships with the ability to identify motivations for the partners you are talking with and communicate the benefits of bringing our message to their community
• A strategic and expansive thinker who can expand our reach
• A connector who loves to pick up the phone and have a conversation about furthering a mission you believe in.
• An extremely strong communicator who can instantly connect with, inspire, and enroll partners through video Zoom and phone conversations
• Detail-oriented – reporting affiliate activities and conversations, analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing affiliate performance to increase affiliate-generated revenues
• Experienced in the coaching/training/personal development industry
• Results-oriented! Loves to win and create win-win opportunities with partners

Job specifics

• Professional independent contractor position (1099 if in US)
• Must be able to make calls any time between 8 - 5:00 PM Central Time USA (most of the companies we want to target are in the US)
• We are looking for 10-15 hours per week initially with potential to grow responsibility and hours as the business grows.
• Work from home office (remote) position
• Position includes opportunities for growth
• Provide own computer and extremely reliable internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to handle Zoom Video calls.
• Compensation based on qualifications/experience. Base + commission with bonus opportunities. Please submit compensation requirements.
