A company in the online gambling industry is continuing to grow their U.S. operations. They are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager that has experience with affiliate programs, content management systems, and digital marketing. This role is remote for candidates located in the United States, but you will regularly work Eastern Standard Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee affiliate marketing efforts
• Plan and execute affiliate marketing strategies aimed at boosting traffic, generating leads, and enhancing conversion rates
• Discover and bring on board new affiliate partners and continue to manage relationships
• Track affiliate performance and fine-tune campaigns to achieve targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Evaluate affiliate data and deliver regular reports and insights to the management team
• Work with affiliates to develop marketing programs
• Execute digital marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on the Content Management System and best practices

Qualifications

• Affiliate Marketing experience
• Digital Marketing experience
• Ability to build and grow relationships with external partners
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and departments
• An analytical skillset to help assess marketing KPI's
