Katia Designs | Part-Time to Start | Fashion Jewelry Brand

Katia Designs is a fast-growing, mission-driven jewelry brand with a loyal following and presence in 175+ boutiques. We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to help us scale our reach by building, managing, and optimizing our affiliate and influencer programs.

What You’ll Do:

1. Own and grow our affiliate program (currently on ShareASale)
2. Recruit and manage affiliate partners and influencers
3. Run promotions, track performance, and optimize campaigns
4. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand alignment
5. Analyze data and drive performance-focused decisions

What You Bring:

1. 3+ years in affiliate/influencer marketing
2. Experience with platforms like ShareASale, Impact, or Refersion
3. A results-driven, proactive mindset
4. Passion for fashion, jewelry, or women-led brands is a plus

Compensation:

1. $1,500/month base (approx. 20–25 hours/month)
2. + commission
3. +bonus
