About the Role

As our Affiliate/Influencer Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and brand awareness by building and managing a robust affiliate and influencer marketing program. You'll collaborate with key influencers and affiliates to drive traffic, generate leads, and ultimately, increase customer acquisition.

Your Responsibilities

Influencer Partnerships:

1. Identify, recruit, and manage a diverse portfolio of health and wellness influencers.
2. Develop and execute strategic influencer marketing campaigns, including sponsored content, product reviews, and giveaways.
3. Track and analyze influencer performance to optimize campaign ROI.

Affiliate Program Management:

1. Oversee the affiliate marketing program, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing management of affiliate partners.
2. Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
3. Track and analyze affiliate performance to optimize the program.

Content Creation and Distribution:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, such as blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns, to promote affiliate and influencer partnerships.
2. Distribute content through various channels, including email, social media, and influencer platforms.

Relationship Building:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, affiliates, and industry partners.
2. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure timely communication.

Performance Tracking and Analysis:

1. Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of affiliate and influencer campaigns.
2. Identify trends and opportunities to optimize strategies.
3. Generate regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.

What You Bring to Eden

1. Proven experience in affiliate and influencer marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and affiliates.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools.
7. A passion for health and wellness.

Compensation at Eden will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Eden has identified the expected annual base salary range for this role: $30-$50/hour DOE

At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors to determine final compensation.
