Our client is looking for an AEM Front-end Developer who will join their Adobe Engineering & Reliability team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of reusable and accessible components within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites) to support global digital marketing initiatives. You will help build and maintain a shared component library used across multiple marketing websites. You’ll leverage your front-end development expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTL, while gaining experience in build/deployment pipelines, testing, and analytics integration. This is a global team environment, with collaboration across teams in Brazil, the United States, and India.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

1. Develop front-end components in Adobe Experience Manager using HTL (Sightly), Style Systems, and standard web technologies.
2. Collaborate closely with UX, design, and QA teams to deliver responsive, accessible, and visually consistent user experiences.
3. Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of the AEM component library to ensure reusability and performance.
4. Integrate AEM components with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target for tracking and personalization.
5. Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
6. Follow engineering best practices focused on code quality, accessibility (WCAG), and testing using frameworks such as JUnit, Jasmine, or Mocha.
7. Support build validation and environment promotion using AEM Cloud Manager and related deployment tools.

WHAT YOU BRING

1. 3–5 years of experience in front-end or full-stack development, ideally with component-based systems or CMS platforms.
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of responsive and accessible web design.
3. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites), especially in developing front-end components using HTL.
4. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, to collaborate effectively with global teams.
5. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks for both Java and front-end code (e.g., JUnit, Jasmine, Mocha).
6. Comfortable working in a Scrum/Agile development environment.

Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

1. Hourly range is $70/hr - $85/hr based on shift, experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
