OVERVIEW

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for an Adobe Campaign Consultant to work on improving speed to market with omnichannel campaign execution for our supported brands. The candidate will have experience creating multichannel campaign strategies across email, website, and paid media.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Improve our team's speed to market with omnichannel campaign execution for our supported brands with tactics in scope including email, website, and paid media.
  • MarTech stack used: Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Manager (both on premise and as a cloud service), Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics
• The process expert will work closely with our clients to implement practical changes to our ways of working in order to address the pain points below:
  • Long time to market for multichannel campaigns across email, paid media, and websites
  • Gaining more visibility into how journeys and business rules are built within Adobe Campaign
  • Limited ability to adjust Adobe Campaign workflows with new requirements
  • Each brand has their own agencies for digital content development
  • Requirements gathering and business rule creation is decentralized across brand teams
  • Too many versions of creative assets are created and are not leveraging modular production
  • Long lead time to update customer segmentation lists

QUALIFICATIONS

• Six Sigma certified, black belt preferred
• Experience working within a matrixed marketing organization across multiple external partners
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or a similar enterprise marketing automation system

The US average base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $125,000 + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, but they are subject to change based on the following factors: role, experience level, education/certification, job-related skills, and working location.
