We are looking for an administrative assist to help with variety of tasks for a Brooklyn Based Real Estate Management Company.
- Organize incoming mail
- Stamp and deposit checks received
- Meet with clients to pick up keys
- Be a trusted point of contact and be on site to provide access for deliveries
- Be on site and accompany contractors when tenants are not home
- An example of this could be opening the door to a plumbing technician and waiting on site for him to finish
- Organizing incoming packages
- Performing a move out with walkthrough with the tenant, taking pictures, and collecting keys
- Other similar tasks will be performed which haven't been mentioned.
We are looking for someone who is well spoken who can represent the company in a professional way.
Schedule will be Monday-Friday. We would like to know if you're able to work on Saturdays.
Part time to full time position (20-40 hrs). Compensation will be based off of experience.
